These characteristics are part of the individuality of handcrafted jewelry and are not considered defects.

Incorrect sizing, fit, personal preference, or change of mind does not qualify an item for a return, exchange, or refund.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, fit, personal preference, change of mind, or natural variations in stones or handcrafted jewelry.
If an item arrives damaged during shipping, customers must follow the process described in our Return and Refund Policy and submit the requested order information and photographs within the stated timeframe.
Please do not mail or return an item unless The Turquoise Barn Boutique has provided return instructions.

The Turquoise Barn Boutique does not provide jewelry repair services.
Damage caused after delivery through wear, accidents, improper care, alteration, resizing, repair attempts, or normal wear and tear is not considered shipping damage.
