RETURN + REFUND POLICY
At The Turquoise Barn Boutique, every piece of jewelry is carefully selected and packaged with love. Because our pieces are authentic, individually crafted jewelry, all jewelry sales are final.
ALL JEWELRY SALES ARE FINAL
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to sizing, fit, preference, change of mind, or ordering the incorrect size. Please carefully review all product descriptions, measurements, photos, and our Size Guide before placing your order.
Many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind and handcrafted by Native American artists, so sizing and characteristics may vary from piece to piece.
DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING
If your jewelry arrives damaged as a result of shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery so we can review the issue.
Please include:
• Your full name
• Order number
• Email address used for the order
• Clear photos of the damaged jewelry
• Clear photos of the shipping box/packaging
• A brief description of the damage
Claims submitted without the requested photos or after the 48-hour period may not be eligible for review.
Please do not ship an item back to us unless you have received return instructions from The Turquoise Barn Boutique. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
If your claim is approved, we will contact you directly with the appropriate next steps.
REPAIRS
The Turquoise Barn Boutique does not offer jewelry repair services. Damage caused after delivery through wear, improper care, accidental damage, resizing, alteration, or normal wear and tear is not considered shipping damage.
Please refer to our Size Guide + Jewelry Care page before purchasing and for information on caring for your turquoise and sterling silver jewelry.
QUESTIONS OR DAMAGE CLAIMS
Please contact The Turquoise Barn Boutique through our contact form with your order information and photos. Do not mail jewelry to an address unless return instructions have been provided directly by us.
